Fridays@4.30 is a gathering for young people to have fun, to do something purposeful for the community through various projects, and to connect with each other. Snacks are provided at each gathering.

All young people need to be signed in by a parent / carer.

The current project is a large artwork based on the theme of ‘belonging’.  A local artist is guiding the project.

The most previous project was ‘Packs for Paws’, where the young people put together backpacks for homeless people with dogs. 20 packs were given to Western Port Community Support to distribute to needy people who have a four-legged best friend. Bendigo Bank generously donated $1600.00 which the young people chose to donate to WPCS to help homeless people take their pet to the vet when needed.

All young people under 18 are warmly welcome at any Fridays@4.30 gathering.
